Who we are

VagusHub ("VagusHub," "we," "us") is an educational resource about the vagus nerve and vagus nerve stimulation, operated by Sterling Cooley. We publish articles, a self-check quiz, guides, and related content.

Not medical advice

Everything on VagusHub is general education, not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. The quiz and guides don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always talk to your own doctor before starting any new practice, and if a symptom is severe, new, or getting worse, see a clinician. You use the information here at your own discretion and risk.

Use of the site

You agree to use VagusHub for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

• copy, republish, or resell our content without written permission;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• submit false information, spam, or abusive content through our forms; or
• use the site in any way that harms VagusHub or other users.

Your submissions

When you contact us or fill out a form (like the support or quiz forms), you're responsible for the information you provide. Don't send us sensitive health details you'd rather keep private beyond what's needed to help you. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and materials on VagusHub are owned by VagusHub / Sterling Cooley unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce substantial portions without permission.

Third-party links and services

We link to outside resources, communities (such as Skool), and products we think are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and any purchase or membership you enter into directly with a third party is between you and them.

Nemuri orders

Nemuri orders placed through VagusHub are sold by VagusHub and processed securely by Stripe. The price, quantity, shipping charge, and any applicable tax are shown before you submit payment. The current Standard Edition offer is limited to U.S. shipping. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address; additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be your responsibility where allowed by law.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss transfer only as provided by applicable law. If your item arrives damaged, is materially different from what you ordered, or you want to request a return or refund, contact [email protected] before sending anything back. We will provide the available options based on the order and applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Nemuri use and care

Nemuri is a wellness and breath-training tool, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition. Use it only as described, keep the breathing channel clean, stop if you feel pain, faint, severely short of breath, or otherwise unwell, and seek professional care when appropriate. Do not share a mouth-contact device unless it has been properly cleaned.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information is complete or current, even though we try to keep it accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VagusHub and Sterling Cooley are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
