Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of what VagusHub collects and how we handle it. We kept it short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

• The free Vagus Check quiz. When you answer the 7 questions, your answers and the resulting score are sent to our email service so it can score them and build your result. No name or email is required to see your on-page result.
• Your email — only if you ask for the report. If you choose to receive the deeper custom report, we collect the email address you enter and link it to your quiz answers and result — including the patterns the check identifies — so we can write and send a report that fits your pattern. That result is stored with your contact in our email/analytics system to generate it.
• Basic usage analytics. Like most sites, we log anonymous page activity (which pages were viewed, roughly where from) through our analytics at ulxcore.com. This is not tied to your name.
• Nemuri orders. If you buy a Nemuri, we receive and keep the order details needed to fulfill and support it, including your name, email, phone number, shipping address, items, amount paid, Stripe transaction references, label details, and package-tracking history. VagusHub does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Who we share it with

Your email and answers are processed by our own email and reporting system (operated by VagusHub / Sterling Cooley, at ulxcore.com), which stores them and sends your report and our vagus-nerve emails. Nemuri checkout is processed by Stripe. We provide the recipient and parcel information needed to buy postage and track delivery to EasyPost and the selected mail carrier. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

De-identified, aggregated insights

If you tick the optional consent box at the quiz, we may combine your answers with many other people's, in de-identified and aggregated form, to write general educational content (for example, "what the most common flagged area is"). We don't publish anything that identifies you individually. Ticking that box is optional; you still get your report either way, and you can change your mind by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and answers for as long as you're subscribed to our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it (see below). Quiz submissions made without an email — the ones that only produce your on-page result — are kept in de-identified form for aggregate statistics. Order records are kept as reasonably needed for payment reconciliation, fulfillment, returns, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Stripe, EasyPost, and carriers apply their own retention policies to data they process.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Delete — email [email protected] and we'll remove information we are not required to retain. Some order and transaction records may need to remain for accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or other legal reasons. Anything already merged into anonymized, aggregated statistics can't be pulled back out individually.
• Skip the quiz entirely — the whole guide is readable without it.
